Customer Service Centres
Marlborough District Council operates Customer Service Centres in Blenheim and Picton to handle all counter and telephone enquiries. Customer Service Centres are staffed from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours the main Council phone number is staffed 24 hours a day to handle urgent issues such as noise control.

Mayor and Councillors
The Marlborough District Council's elected Mayor and councillors can be contacted directly. Their contact details are in the Councillors section under Your Council.
Animal Control/Dogs
Maataa Waka Enterprises undertakes Animal Control functions, including dog registration, under contract to Council. Payments can be made at their offices at 82 Seymour Street.
If you wish to make a complaint about a dog nuisance, report a problem dog or you have found or lost a dog, please call Animal Control.
Remember, some dog owners may not be aware that their dog is creating a problem. Before making a complaint you may wish to read the dog behaviour information on our Dog Education page.
