Procurement Policies

Marlborough District Council has various policies and procedures in place to ensure that its procurement processes meet legal requirements (e.g. Local Government Act 2002) and good practice guidelines published by the Office of the Auditor General. There is also a requirement to produce the best result for ratepayers.
