Heat Smart Programme - Insulation and Clean Heating
Council is participating in the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority’s (EECA) home insulation and clean heating scheme, by providing financial assistance to help fund the proportion of the costs not covered by an EECA grant. The scheme is open to all ratepayers in the Marlborough region. Benefits of this scheme include improved air quality in urban areas, warmer healthier homes and a reduction in energy use for the region.
