Celebrating 150 Years

150th book. The new book marking Marlborough’s 150 years was launched by Mayor Alistair Sowman on Monday 7 November 2011 at the Marlborough Convention Centre.

Edited by Cynthia Brooks with contributions from more than 200 people, the book documents the events, the characters and the development of the district over the 75 years leading up to 2009.

The book is on sale through:

The book is available in paperback and a special leather-bound edition may be ordered. Note: hard copies have sold out.

A second edition has now been published and is available through Marlborough District Council and local booksellers.
