February 2010 EventsFebruary means calm summer weather in Marlborough – and a month of outdoor festivals and concerts while the weather is at its best.

Whether you are a wine buff, a kiwi music fan or looking for family entertainment, there’s something on for you this month.

The biggest weekend is coming up on February 12-14 with the More FM Winery Tour hitting Marlborough, the famous Marlborough Wine Festival at Brancott, followed by Marlborough4Fun’s concert series in Pollard Park.

There’s another relaxing Sunday later in the month with Music in the Park, in Seymour Square, on Sunday 21 February from noon til 3pm. Take a picnic and enjoy the music.

Festival month comes to a close with the Multicultural Festival at Pollard Park, on Saturday February 27, when Marlborough’s many migrant communities will entertain the crowd.

The MORE FM Winery Tour 2010

Kiwi music legends Tim Finn, Bic Runga and Dave Dobbyn will again take the stage together as the nationwide MORE FM Winery Tour announces its Summer 2010 line-up.

Children under the ages of 12 are free when accompanied by an parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket.
