Public Gardens

Winter brings with it a feeling of cold and gloom, but to brighten your days, Council's Public Gardens will provide you with an oasis of warmth and colour through this winter/spring with bulb and annual plantings.

Be on the lookout for the red and black rugby balls at Seymour Square and the Love Marlborough Love Rugby Logo at Pollard Park.  

 

Marlborough has parks and gardens, large and small, scattered all over the region – some you may not even be aware of. Find a park nearby or visit one that’s new to you.

Marlborough’s gardens, public and private and the iconic Picton Foreshore, have a fine reputation and visitors flock to the region every November for one of New Zealand’s most popular gardening shows, Hunter’s Garden Marlborough.
