Wairau Diversion

Wairau DiversionThis site is estuarine, and is located in the Marshlands area of Blenheim at the mouth of the diversion of the Wairau River. It is primarily used for fishing and white baiting.

The shoreline is stony and there are paddocks and grasslands surrounding the area. There is an average yearly rainfall of 760 mm.
