Change of Details

If you change your address or give your dog to someone else to look after, either permanently or for longer than one month, you must tell us.

You also need to let us know if any details change or need amending if for example:

• your contact details change
• your dog's details change, eg the dog has been desexed
• your dog has died
• your name is spelt incorrectly on correspondence received from Marlborough District Council.

If you and your dog change address but remain in Marlborough , let us know within 14 days by completing the Change of address/transfer form and sending it to Animal Control, or visit Animal Control or the Picton Customer Service Centre.

To change your details, you can either:

• download the form required below, complete and send to Animal Control.

Change of Address/Transfer of Owner (34 Kb) or

Notice of death of a dog (45 Kb)

Notification of de-sexing of dog (This will be suppiled and completed by your vet)
