If Your Dog Has Died

If your dog has died please tell us.

Complete the:

Notice of Death of a Dog (45 Kb)

Attach a copy of veterinary certificate, if available, and send it with the disc to Animal Control or visit Animal Control or the Picton Service Centre.

Refunds are only issued upon signed written request either included in the form or by letter. A refund will be made for each complete month of the registration year remaining (excluding June) from the date the written notification is received.
