Forms

The Building Control forms listed in this section have been developed to comply with the Building Forms Regulations. Building consent applications will normally need two forms to be completed. One is the application form and the other is the application checklist.

Most of the forms listed in this section can be downloaded from this page as PDF document files. To read a PDF file you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader on your computer. This can be downloaded for free by using the link below.

Forms can be printed and completed, then posted, faxed or delivered in person to our Blenheim or Picton Customer Service Centres. Forms marked with an asterisk (*) can be filled in online before being printed.
