Project Information Memoranda (PIM) should be applied for at the commencement of the planning for proposed works. They can be applied for at the time of lodging a Building Consent. A Project Information Memorandum does not have to be obtained, they are voluntary. PIM fees must be paid on application. Building consent fees are separate and additional and are invoiced when the consent is issued. |
