Fees
It is free to view property and resource consent files online, either on your own computer or at Council's viewing terminals.
- It is free to request a property or resource consent file scan if you select the option to view the information on your own computer, or on a computer at Council’s Blenheim or Picton offices.
- It costs $20 to order a CD of a residential property file (this will include resource consents on this property)
- It costs $50 to order a CD of a rural/commercial property file (this will include resource consents on this property)
- It costs $20 to order a CD of a resource consent file (for larger resource consents this will be the minimum charge and may cost up $50)
CD charges are payable at either our Blenheim or Picton office and must be paid prior to collection of the CD.
Copies of the information you see online can be printed at home or saved to your computer.
We can also print this information for you; normal fees and charges will apply:
$0.20 A4 single-sided
$0.30 A4 double-sided
$0.30 A3
For larger photocopying jobs, there will also be a fee charged for the time taken to complete the job. You must complete our 
Request for Information form, and we will provide you with a quote prior to commencing the job.
