Blenheim Town Centre Health Check

The Blenheim town centre health check is a statistical report completed in January 2011 that shows the health of the town centre.  Statistics such as commercial property values, composition of the town centre and the results of a pedestrian survey as well as the state of the environment are included.  

The report was undertaken as a result of an action from the Blenheim Town Centre Strategy by Urbanism Plus that was adopted in 2010.
