Consultation Open for Council’s Proposed Resource Management Act Monitoring Fees
Council has reviewed its Resource Management Act - Monitoring fees and is proposing the introduction of new annual fixed monitoring fees for mooring and water permits and minor changes and clarification to the existing fees and charges.
The proposed fees are now open for public consultation. A copy of the Statement of Proposal - Resource Management Act – Monitoring Fees is available below or by visiting Council’s offices or libraries in Blenheim or Picton.
