Saturday 14 May 2016 - O'Dwyers Road and Thomsons Ford Road

Saint Clair Vineyard Half Marathon

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that on Saturday 14 May 2016 from 7.00 am to 10.30 am, O’Dwyers Road and Thomsons Ford Road, Blenheim, between Old Renwick Road and Rapaura Road, are to be closed to ordinary vehicle traffic for the purpose of the Saint Clair Vineyard Half Marathon.

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

During the period of closure, ordinary vehicular traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

Sunday 15 May 2016 - Redwood Pass Road, Riverlands

Marlborough Car Club Annual Gravel Hill Climb

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Redwood Pass Road Riverlands, from a point 4 km from the intersection with State Highway 1, to 2.9 km prior to the intersection with Castles Road, is to be closed to all vehicular traffic on Sunday 15 May 2016 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for the purpose of the Marlborough Car Club Annual Gravel Hill Climb.

During the proposed period of closure, ordinary vehicular traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
