Riley Crescent from the intersection of Alabama Road to the intersection of Rudd Crescent, Blenheim - Saturday 8 October 2016

St Ninian's Presbyterian Church Spring Festival

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Riley Crescent from the intersection of Alabama Road to the intersection of Rudd Crescent Blenheim, will be closed to all vehicular traffic on Saturday 8 October 2016 from 7.00 am to 1.30 pm for the purpose of a spring festival.

For residents living in the Rudd and Riley Crescent vicinity alternative access can be gained via Manson Street.

During the period of closure, ordinary vehicular traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

Kaituna/Tuamarina Road - Sunday 16 October 2016

Marlborough Car Club car racing

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Kaituna/Tuamarina Road from the start of the gravel (western end) to the Waikakaho Valley intersection will be closed to all vehicular traffic on Sunday 16 October 2016 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm for the purpose of the Marlborough Car Club car racing.

During the period of closure, ordinary vehicular traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

Te Hora Pa Road - Saturday 22 October 2016

Annual Ngati Kuia Day Event

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that a portion of Te Hora Pa Road (eastern end) Canvastown is proposed to be closed to all vehicular traffic on Saturday 22 October 2016 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm for the purpose the Annual Ngati Kuia day event. All traffic will be able to access private properties from the western entrance of Te Hora Pa Road.

During the proposed period of closure, ordinary vehicular traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

Persons wishing to object to the proposal are to lodge their objection and grounds thereof in writing before Friday 30 September 2016, at the office of Marlborough Roads, The Forum, Market Street, Blenheim, PO Box 1031, Blenheim, 7240.

Taylor Pass Road - Saturday 12 November 2016

Marlborough Car Club annual sprint

Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is given that Taylor Pass Road 10.65 kms from the Maxwell Road intersection to a point RP 20.85, which is 1.1 kms from the Awatere Valley Road intersection, is proposed to be closed to all vehicular traffic on Saturday 12 November 2016 from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm for the purpose of the Marlborough Car Club Annual sprint.

During the proposed period of closure, ordinary vehicular traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

Persons wishing to object to the proposal are to lodge their objection and grounds thereof in writing before 14 October 2016 at the office of Marlborough Roads, The Forum, Market Street, Blenheim, PO Box 1031, Blenheim 7240.
