Rateable Valuations

The latest rateable valuation information, released in September 2011, is available on this website via the Rates Search page.

For latest rateable valuations, complete a rates search for the relevant property then scroll down the search results page to the “Valuation Information (Next Period)” field.

These valuations will be used for rating purposes from 1 July 2012.

If, after that, you still wish to further pursue the matter you must lodge an objection in writing or online before 5.00 pm on Thursday 27 October 2011.

Valuers from Quotable Value Ltd will be at the Marlborough District Council, Seymour Street, Blenheim, on Thursday 6 October 2011 between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (no appointment necessary).
