Regional Pest Management Strategy Cost Recovery Fees

Under the Biosecurity Act 1993, Marlborough District Council is the Management Agency responsible for implementing the Regional Pest Management Strategy for Marlborough 2007.
During 2009 Council set fees for the purpose of the issue of notices and inspections, which were:

Council is required to annually review the fees. That review has been carried out and the following reduced fees were approved by Council, on Thursday 3 November 2011, subject to public consultation.
