In this document you will find a great deal of information about the Council's priorities and plans.
You will see we are concentrating heavily on core services; water and sewerage. With Marlborough growing rapidly, that has to be our top priority. These core services, along with our spending on roads and bridges, will absorb almost 70% of the Council’s capital spending programme for the next 12 months.
Following Council deliberations, a 3.3% increase in overall rates and charges was achieved. The actual impact on individual properties will vary according to its value, location and the services it receives.
