Dangerous or Insanitary Buildings

The Building Act 2004 ('the Act') requires Council to adopt a policy in respect of dangerous or insanitary buildings. This policy will have to be reviewed every five years.

This policy outlines the approach Marlborough District Council ('the Council') will take to require the owners of dangerous or insanitary buildings to have them secured, or if appropriate, have them demolished.
