Customer Service Centres - Blenheim and Picton

Service Centres - Blenheim and Picton - Red level

At Red, the Blenheim Customer Service Centre remains open with capacity limits based on one metre physical distancing. My Vaccine Pass is not required at the Blenheim Customer Service Centre. My Vaccine Pass is required at the Picton Library and Customer Service Centre.

Face coverings are mandatory and people are required to scan in using the Covid tracer app or sign in.

The kerbside rubbish and recycling service will continue as normal. Our call centre is also open as normal - phone 03 520 7400.

Council has put additional control measures in place to minimise the risks associated with Covid-19 transmission whilst allowing as many Council services as possible to be open to the public.

Online services

Many Council services and transactions can be carried out online and do not require a physical visit to a building. Council’s online services are operating as usual - many enquiries, applications, payments, submissions and other Council business can be carried out via this website.

The libraries also have a ‘takeaway’ service available for those who are unable to access the library buildings. This service is for all customers who cannot or do not want to come into the libraries, but would still like to access our physical collections. A customer can make a request for library items via an online form or by making contact with us, and collection will be arranged.
