Marlborough District Council's Customer Service Centres at 15 Seymour Street, Blenheim and 67 High Street, Picton, are the first point of contact for information about Council activities, services and facilities.

Customer Service Centres
Marlborough District Council operates Customer Service Centres in Blenheim and Picton to handle all counter and telephone enquiries.
Customer Service Centres are staffed from 8.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday in Blenheim; and 8.00 am-5.00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.00 am-5.00 pm Wednesday in Picton. Outside these hours the main Council phone number is staffed 24 hours a day to handle urgent issues such as noise control.
Duty Builder
A duty building officer is available by appointment only at Council's Blenheim office for enquiries related to building consent requirements. 15 minute appointments are available between 1.00 pm and 2.45 pm and 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm. Please ask one of our customer service team to arrange an appointment time. You will also need to complete the duty builder enquiry form. This will give the officer the details needed to research and respond to your question.

Duty Planner
The Duty Planner Service is available for enquires related to resource consent requirements. Please refer to the information on the Duty Planner Service Information page for more details. Please complete a Duty Planner enquiry form; this will give the officer the details needed to research and respond to your question. Animal Control/Dogs
Maataa Waka Enterprises undertakes Animal Control functions, including dog registration. Payments can be made at their offices at 56 Main Street.
If you wish to make a complaint about a dog nuisance, report a problem dog or you have found or lost a dog, please call Animal Control.
