Agents/owners are required to complete the ship pre-arrival form, giving as much information as possible (latest 24 hours).
Choose either the PDF version or the online web form. Do not complete both.
Online web form
When this form is submitted, a copy of the information submitted will be sent to the email address you specified in the form.
PDF version
Print the PDF form, complete it and return to our harbours section by fax, post or in person (see harbour's contact details using the link below) or email: harbours@marlborough.govt.nz; pilots@pmnz.co.nz and shipping@pmnz.co.nz.
