Stop/go daytime works on SH63 near the Wash Bridge

Plan ahead for 10min delays on State highway 63 near The Wash Bridge from 7 October to 6 December, 7.30 am – 5.00 pm (no work on weekends or public holidays).
During this time one lane will remain open under stop/go temporary traffic management as contractors work to raise the height of the road by 1.5 meters to improve resilience and prevent future flooding.
The road will reopen to two lanes outside of work hours. A temporary speed limit of 30 km/h will be in place at the site 24/7.
