Council's Proposed Monitoring Charges for permitted activity under the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Fresh Water) Regulations 2020

Council has reviewed its Resource Management Act - Monitoring fees and is proposing:

To introduce charges for monitoring permitted activities under the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Fresh Water) Regulations 2020 as authorised by section 75 Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Fresh Water) Regulations 2020
