If your health is compromised, we want you to have access to medical treatment quickly so you can get on with enjoying life. We cover permanent staff for Accuro Essential Care with a $2,000 excess. You can also join your family, buy out the $2,000 excess or increase your level of cover at your own cost.
Income Protection Insurance gives you peace of mind to know that the needs of your family will be met in the event of your sickness. As a permanent member of staff you will receive cover up to the age of 65 which meets 75% of your salary to a maximum of $96,000 gross per annum.
Life Insurance provides peace of mind and cash when it is needed most. We cover our permanent staff up to the age of 65 for an adequate level of life cover.
Workplace Savings Plan
At MDC we believe that it's important for our employees to have plans in place for their financial wellbeing. As well as contributing 3% to your KiwiSaver, we also provide an additional 2% to those who choose to join our Council super, an AMP Master Trust Plan.
