Tennyson Inlet Closure – French Pass

As part of the Marlborough Roads Recovery Project, Tennyson Inlet Road will be closed to all traffic, approximately 1.5km before the Opouri saddle from 8am to 12pm and 12.30 to 5pm on weekdays.
The closure is needed for underslip repairs, installing a rail iron wall, scour protection drainage and culvert repairs as well as road shoulder widening works.

Please note there will be no works scheduled on public holidays. Closures will end at noon the day before public holidays.
Emergency services will always be accommodated.
Work will be undertaken outside of these days and times, under stop/go traffic management with up to 15-minute delays.
