French Pass Village closure
As part of the Marlborough Roads Recovery Project, construction closures are in place on Croisilles-French Pass Road, prior to the French Pass township.
This closure is needed for construction of three retaining walls, under slip repairs and to complete drainage improvements followed by road reinstatement.
From Monday 14 September the closure at this site will move to start at 10am on Mondays. The timings for the rest of the days remain as previously scheduled.
Closures are in place at the following days and times until late-October:
- Mondays from 10am to 12pm and 12.30pm to 5pm
- Tuesdays to Fridays from 7am to 12pm and 12.30pm to 5pm
At all other times traffic lights will be in place with minor delays.
Works may occur outside of these closure times or on Saturdays under stop/go traffic management with delays of up to 15 minutes.
All work is subject to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of unsuitable conditions, work will be rescheduled to the next suitable workday.
If the closure timings should change, an Antenno will be sent.
Emergency services will always be accommodated.
