Marlborough Local Alcohol Policy 2025

Marlborough District Council gives notice pursuant to section 80(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 that on 18 September 2025 Council finalised for adoption the Marlborough Local Alcohol Policy 2025. The Policy is adopted 30 days after publication of this notice, pursuant to section 81(a) of the Act.

Pursuant to the Council’s Resolutions of 18 September 2025, the Policy enters into force on 1 November 2025, except for the provisions relating to maximum trading hours for on and off licensed premises and a one-way-door policy, which enter into force on 1 February 2026.
