2026 Marlborough Revaluation

All properties in the Marlborough rating area have been revalued by Quotable Value on behalf of Marlborough District Council.

The district valuation roll is available for inspection on Council's website.

It will be updated to reflect the new revaluation figures on 3 November 2026.

Alternatively, there are public computers at the Council office in Blenheim; Waitohi Whare Matauranga - the Picton library and service centre and Te Kahu o Waipuna - the Marlborough library and art gallery in Blenheim.

If you wish to object to your valuation, you can do so in writing. Details of how to do this will be included with your valuation notice which you will receive in the mail. Please note objections close at 5pm on Friday 11 December 2026.
