Appeals Version of the PMEP

The information provided below is a table identifying provisions of the PMEP subject to appeal. A version of the PMEP showing the same information is also provided.

The information provided here on the provisions of the PMEP that have been appealed has been compiled and is given in good faith. All proper endeavours are made to provide information that is accurate. Both resources will be maintained in time as appeals are resolved. This means that the content is likely to progressively change.

When considering the appealed provisions, please be mindful that associated provisions may also be affected but not referenced/highlighted in the below documents. For example, where there are appeals on rule standards applying to specific activities this may have the effect of making the rule itself subject to appeal or alternatively where a rule or standard heading is under appeal it may have the effect of making the subsequent standards subject to appeal.

The following version of the PMEP shows provisions subject to appeal. These are shown by green highlighting. In this case, the changes made to notified provisions by the decision are retained as tracked changes.
