Freshwater farm plan timing

Central Government has announced that it intends to change the Freshwater Farm Plan system and that timings for when a FWFP is due could be subject to areas of risk. While the details of these changes have not been shared, Council is unable to determine which catchments or industries will be first to develop a FWFP until more information is available.
