Marlborough Car Clubs Annual Sealed Sprint

On Sunday 18 October 2026, the area of closure is from Cloudy Bay drive RP. 264m, including all of Chandler Close and including Seafair and Winefair Close, between 7.30am and 5pm for the Marlborough Car Club Annual Sealed Sprint.

During the proposed period of closure, ordinary vehicle traffic may use the road being closed between events under the supervision and authority of an Officer of the New Zealand Police (Traffic Safety Branch).

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person other than under the authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicle traffic during the period of closure.

This notice is given under the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965.

Anyone wishing to object to the proposal must lodge their objection and grounds thereof in writing before Friday 2 October 2026, at the Marlborough Roads Office, 28 Alfred Street, Blenheim, PO Box 1031, Blenheim, 7240.
