Please make sure you have your bin and crate ready on the kerb by 7am on collection day.
Place your bin and crate 50 cm apart and clear of all other objects such as trees and road signs. Ensure lids are shut flat with no additional recycling on top or surrounding the bin. The lid opening should be kerbside facing. Do not overpack the bin - keep items loose.
Leave your bin out until 5pm if it is not emptied.
