Pay by Plate Parking (PBP)

'Pay by Plate' (PBP) is a ticketless system that uses your vehicle licence plate number to record your parking time and payment. You do not need to return to the vehicle to display a ticket because your licence plate number is used to confirm your parking has been paid.

To activate your free hour or a paid parking session in an MDC car park, you must enter your car registration number via the Paymypark App or at a Pay by Plate meter at the start of your parking session and follow the prompts on the screen.

Remember, if you don't get to the screen "transaction completed", your license plate hasn't been registered and you will be liable for an infringement.
