Pay by Plate is here

The Blenheim and Picton parking system has changed to Pay by Plate
Pay by Plate Parking (PBP)
Pay by Plate (PBP) is a ticketless system that uses your vehicle licence plate number to record your parking time and payment. You do not need to return to the vehicle to display a ticket because your licence plate number is used to confirm your parking has been paid.
The Alfred Street Car Park building operates on a separate system requiring a ticket to be taken on entry and paid prior to exit. It is not Pay by Plate.
