Rates comparison model

Our rates comparison model allows property owners to understand how their rates are changing from one financial year to the next by displaying the details of your rates and any increases or decreases.

As the rates have been approved and invoiced this model compares last year and this year’s rates.

If your rates have been revised during this year, this change may not show in this model.

How to use this dashboard

  1. Type your address (or part thereof) in the search bar below and press enter.
    Alternatively, you can enter your property number.
  2. Select your address from the dropdown options and press 'Confirm selection'.

The rates comparison model for your selected property should now display in the dashboard.

Revised direct debit amounts reflecting the new rates will take effect from 1 August. Notification will be sent out in July.
